The Recipe: Blueberry Cobbler with Crumble Topping

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • Juice of one Lemon

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Grease a 9x9-inch baking dishĀ or similarly sized oven-safe dish. I love to use a pie dish!

2. Make the Blueberry Base

  • In a large bowl, toss the blueberriesĀ with sugar, lemon juice, flour, and vanilla extractĀ (if using).

  • Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.

3. Make the Crumble Topping

  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
