The Recipe: Easy & Healthy Green Smoothie
Ingredients (Adjust as Needed! (Quantities based on 64 oz blender):
🥬 Spinach – A powerhouse of iron & fiber. Fill to the top after other ingredients
🥒 Cucumber – Hydrating and light. One whole roughly chopped cucumber
🌿 Celery (including leafy parts!) – Great for gut health & digestion. About 4-6 stocks
🍏 Apple (green or red) – Adds natural sweetness. One whole Apple
🫚 Fresh Ginger – A zesty kick & anti-inflammatory benefits. Medium Size Chunk
🥑 Avocado (optional) – Makes it extra creamy & filling! Half an Avocado
🍋One Whole lemon- Just cut the ends off and add the whole thing in, i you do not have a high power blender just use the juice of the lemon
❄️ Cold Water or Coconut Water – Keeps it light and refreshing.
Instructions:
Roughly chop all ingredients to help them blend smoothly.
Add everything to a high-speed blender.
Pour in cold water or coconut water (start with about 1 cup and add more if needed).
Blend on high until completely smooth.
Taste & adjust – Add more apple for sweetness, more ginger for spice, or more avocado for creaminess.
Pour into a glass & enjoy immediately!
