Warm, Cozy & Perfect

If fall had a smell, it would be this Ginger Molasses Loaf baking in the oven. Warm cinnamon, spicy ginger, deep molasses, and a tender crumb come together to make the most comforting quick bread — perfect with coffee, tea, or a slow morning at home.

This recipe is simple, nostalgic, and endlessly cozy. The batter comes together easily in a stand mixer, and you can bake it as a beautiful loaf or as soft, bakery-style muffins. Either way, your whole kitchen will smell amazing. My mom used to make these into mini muffins and they were my favorite snack in my lunch as a kid.
