There’s nothing like a bright, refreshing fruit smoothie to give you the perfect boost of energy! Whether you need a quick breakfast, a post-workout pick-me-up, or an afternoon refresh, this smoothie is packed with vibrant flavors, natural sweetness, and protein-packed yogurt to keep you feeling fueled and refreshed.

Made with frozen raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, pineapple, and orange juice, this smoothie is bursting with antioxidants, vitamins, and a creamy, dreamy texture. And for an extra treat, I love using strawberry or peach yogurt to add a little extra sweetness!

Bonus Tip: This smoothie stores beautifully in jars in the fridge, so you can make a big batch and enjoy it for days!

The Recipe: The Perfect Pick-Me-Up Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 2–3, Easily Doubled!)

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or strawberry/peach yogurt for a sweeter twist!)

  • ½ cup water or extra juice (if needed for blending)

📌 Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds – For fiber & omega-3s.

  • A handful of spinach – Adds nutrients without changing the flavor.

  • 1 scoop protein powder – For an extra protein boost.

Instructions

1. Blend It Up

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender in this order:

    orange juice, banana, yogurt, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries.

  • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  • If it’s too thick, add a splash of water or extra juice and blend again.
